Integrations / existing apps

Integrations allow you to connect software together. These are made possible by APIs, which allow you to transfer data securely between two apps.

An example is creating an interface that pulls change order records from Procore and pushes them into Sage accounting software. Tools like this can free up significant amounts of time and potentially personnel/overhead expenses.

If your software in mind has an API, you're off to a great start.

Data coming from multiple sources such as Sage, Viewpoint, and Procore, can be a pain to manage.  Tie these together with a custom interface and save significant time with data entry and reporting.

Sage

Sage accounting software is a silverback gorilla in construction software. Their robust API allows us to connect this data to other workflows like Procore and other field management apps. This can eliminate double entry, and offer custom financial reporting beyond Sage's base capabilities.

QuickBooks

QuickBooks can be a great accounting tool for builders, but often times your bids, change orders, pay apps can live "on an island" outside QuickBooks. A custom integration using the QuickBooks Web Connector can fix this issue.

Procore

Unless you've been living under a rock - you've at least heard of Procore. GC's and subcontractors typically have at least one Procore job.  Their developer toolkit (API) is one of the best, allowing us to build fully customizable integrations to get the most out of your data.
